Part of Problems: working in Pakistan
Perhaps working in public sector in Pakistan is most difficult Job on the globe..! if you are honest, technically sound, know your job and its all requirements than you are fooooooooool, if you are out spoken and can defend your ideas about plight of disabled being "rehabilitated" under you and you want to rehabilitate them professionally to increase turn over , so that more and more kids can be accommodated and more opportunities could be created, Staff and teacher's professional acumen could be updated or corrected ..you are double fool..!!
you are insulted, mauled and given threats to personal and private levels by all who are who is who so I am always at risk in this system of inefficient, inept and loossely born creatures called colleagues and Officers at my work place...but Now it has been 22 years in Toto..working with them still surviving beside being in eyes of storm always.Even I survived first bout of Cancer !!! so I lost my remaining fear too... I want to work for them (Disabled) write what I want to from my heart..and will continue try to educate people & dissiminate information about Civil and Civi right common Pakistanis till alive..Pray for me.
